Our conveyancing is charged on a fixed-fee basis.
We keep our fees competitive whilst maintaining the very best quality in our services. There are no tasks too big or too menial and most tasks are included in our estimate, such as liaising with agents, liaising with your bank in relation to your finance or discharging your mortgage, chasing up conditions, locating and obtaining Certificates of Title, attending settlement and making sure all of the money is in the right place at the right time - once settlement occurs there should be nothing else for you to pay (other than your new home loan!). You will not be caught out by extra fees for these essential tasks. Some tasks may attract extra fees, such as registering an enduring power of attorney, preparing a deed of rescission or providing advice on mortgage documents but we give you plenty of notice and options. We take care of as many details as possible for your sale or purchase through to the end of the matter. so you are not caught running from entity to entity trying to sort out paperwork and getting overwhelmed with stress - we are happy to take care of it for you! Our quotes are clear and direct and we have no hidden fees. We can also discuss with you the outlays which are required or desirable for your matter. We are happy to discuss your budget and tailor our services around your circumstances. Email us or call us for an estimate today. |
Our Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advanced Health Directives are charged on a fixed-fee basis.
We aim to have the documents drafted, prepared and signed on the same day to save you the stress and hassle of repeated trips to Laidley and arranging time out of your busy schedule. Work done in estates is charged as combination of fixed-fee, hourly rates and task rates. Please contact us for an estimate of your costs
